He Knows Us Inside Out

God who created us, knows us best, loves us most of all and nothing about us takes Him by surprise.

Permit me to call Him in Yoruba dialect “The AR’INU R’ODE, OLUMORAN OKAN.” meaning “THE ONE WHO SEES INSIDE OUT, THE REVEALER OF THE THOUGHTS AND INTENTS OF THE HEART”

Genesis 18:9-19, verse 12 reads, “Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?”

Verse 13, And The Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, “Shall I surely bear a child, since I am old?”

Verse 14, Is anything too hard for The Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”

Verse 15 “But Sarah denied it, saying, “I did not laugh, for she was afraid. And He said, No, but you did laugh!”

Sarah clearly laughed within her heart but The One whose eyes search to and fro the earth, saw her reaction and heard her inaudible laughter.

Her doubt and denial could not even stop the miracle. The Great I AM THAT I AM. The Owibee, Sebee (The One who speaks and acts, whose words never fall to the ground) brought forth Isaac according to the time of life.
Please note that there is an appointed time to God’s divine miracles.

He knows us so well that He will not allow our frailties hinder His divine process for our lives. When we are weak, His Grace is sufficient for us.

In Hannah’s case, Prophet Eli mistook her deep emotional muttering for drunkenness, thank God for seeing and hearing the bitterness of her soul as she wept in anguish. She received her miracle, Samuel was born and not only him, he had siblings all by the same Hannah. (1Samuel1:9-28)

Folks, people may misjudge your circumstance or situation but I want to you to know that your Creator understands you so perfectly well.

Our High Priest is touched by every single infirmity that we bear. We are never alone.

Keep holding on to His unchanging hand.

Shalom.
