Who exactly are we? Why did The Almighty take His time to create us? What significant role has He bestowed upon us above all creations?
These are valid questions we ought to ask ourselves as we reflect on God, humanity, the earth and our role in His Plan.
David realised that God had more to do with and for Mankind and he came to this conclusion in the Scripture below.
“What are human beings that you think about them; what are human beings that you pay attention to them?
You’ve made them only slightly less than divine, crowning them with glory and grandeur. You’ve let them rule over your handiwork, putting everything under their feet—
all sheep and all cattle, the wild animals too, the birds in the sky, the fish of the ocean, everything that travels the pathways of the sea.
LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name throughout the earth!”
Psalms 8:4-9 CEB (Common English Bible)
It is obvious that Almighty God has so much interest in Man. He strongly delights in our pleasing Him and His goodness, love and mercy motivate us to seek His pleasure.

When we count the numbers of days and years that you have lived, enjoying His faithfulness, even in ways we would not acknowledge, we ought to ask ourselves; “What are we doing for Him in return?”
Without the slightest doubt, we will be most ungrateful, if our lives are not pleasing in His sight.
You might be wondering, “How do I please Father?”
Knowing full well that He is not hard to please but simply demands that you surrender your will to His will, since He has the bigger picture of what your life should be (because He is The Creator) and how you would accomplish great success and fulfill destiny; His only request is that you permit Him complete His work in you to the uttermost!
Failure to do this, is to be rebellious, consequently, it becomes impossible to please Him and give Him glory which results in judgment!
Friends, it is high time that we understood the real reason of our creation which is to “PLEASE GOD!”
Anything short of this, reduces the whole essence of LIFE to MERE EXISTENCE!
